Pause active skincare
Avoid retinol, AHA/BHA acids and strong exfoliants for at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Mind the sun
Avoid direct sun and tanning for 24–48 hours. If needed, wear a broad-spectrum SPF 30+.
No recent hair removal
Skip facial waxing, threading or laser for 48 hours beforehand to prevent irritation.
